We are recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy production site in Harlow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, consistency, and being part of a fast‑paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Packing items on a production line
Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
Maintaining hygiene and quality standards
Keeping the work area clean and safe
Following all health and safety procedures
Manual handling and heavy lifting up to 20kg
Requirements
Previous production, warehouse or packing experience is helpful but not essential
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Comfortable with manual handling and long periods of standing
Good work ethic and reliability are essential
Must be eligible to work in the UK
