Warehouse / Production Operative (Long-term Temp) Location: Hollingbourne (near Maidstone) - due to the location, you'll need your own transport Shifts available: 6am-2pm (Mornings) or 2pm-10pm (Evenings)
HRGO are recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established, modern site just outside Maidstone. If you like hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
Working on a production line to meet daily targets
Assembling components (sometimes using small hand tools)
Following processes carefully to maintain quality and consistency
Working independently when needed, and collaborating well with colleagues
Essential requirements:
Previous experience in a production/warehouse/manufacturing environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly
Own vehicle (required due to site location and shift times)
Desirable (not essential):
Knowledge of injection-moulded materials
Comfortable with roles that may involve heavier lifting (we'll discuss requirements before placing you)
Forklift licence
You can listen to music while working (one headphone). We welcome applications from everyone, including those returning to work or looking for a long-term, stable assignment.
