Warehouse Production Operative
(Long-term Temp)
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Shifts: 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
Contract: Long-term temporary
Start: Immediate
HR GO Recruitment are looking for Production / Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing site near Maidstone, Kent.
This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work within a modern and supportive production environment.
You must be happy and available to work BOTH the 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts.
Due to the location and shift times, you must also drive and have your own transport.
What you'll be doing:
- Working on a busy production line
- Assembling components using small hand tools
- Picking, packing and preparing products
- Following production processes and quality standards
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
- Working towards daily production targets
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
What we're looking for:
- Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing or assembly experience
- Flexibility to work both shift patterns
- Own transport and driving licence
- Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
A Forklift / FLT licence or experience with injection-moulded materials would be beneficial but isn't essential.
