Salary: Up to £29,000 DOE + £1,500 shift premium (Total up to £30,440 per year)

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast‑paced environment, working within a warehouse handling luxury brands within the Tilbury area.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor with the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations. You'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering excellent service to the customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating daily goals and deadlines to team members
- Planning workloads and delegating tasks effectively
- Creating and maintaining a productive and positive working environment
- Assisting in training and developing warehouse staff
- Performing customer service duties, including customer interaction when required
- Sharing business updates and information with the wider team
- Providing hands-on support to ensure daily workloads are completed on time
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading a team within a warehouse environment or fulfilment operation
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
- Good Level of English
Shift Pattern
This role involves weekend working as part of a rolling shift pattern.
- Shifts: 6am-3pm / 10am-7pm
- Weekends: 2 weekends per month
- Early starts and late finishes required
