📍 Location: Margate, Kent
💷 Pay: £12.21 per hour - rising to £12.85 p/h after 12 weeks
🕐 Shifts: Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
📆 Flexible, ongoing work available weekly

We're looking for dedicated Waste and Recycling Assistants to join a vital public service team in Thanet. If you enjoy being active, working outdoors, and making a real difference in the community, we want to hear from you!
🔧 What You'll Do:
* Support waste collection and recycling operations in Thanet
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Operate as part of a fast-paced, friendly team
* Follow clear instructions to ensure smooth operations
✅ What We're Looking For:
* Reliable and flexible team players
* Able to get to Margate by 5:45 AM (must not rely on public transport)
* Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
* Willingness to work early starts or late finishes as needed
* Experience in open-space or outdoor roles is a plus
* All applicants must be over the age of 18
