We're seeking enthusiastic Waste & Recycling Assistants to join an essential public service team in Margate.

What You'll Do

• Support daily waste and recycling collections across Thanet
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Operate as part of a fast‑paced, friendly team
• Follow clear instructions to ensure safe and efficient operations

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, flexible team players
• Able to get to Margate by 5:45 AM (must not rely on public transport)
• Experience working outdoors
• Comfortable with physically demanding work
• Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic
• Willingness to work early starts or late finishes when required
• Applicants must be 18+
