Are you reliable, hard-working, and ready to get stuck into hands-on outdoor work? We're looking for motivated Waste & Recycling Assistants to support a busy public service team keeping Thanet clean and running smoothly.

You must be willing to work across all departments: Refuse, Street Cleansing & Beach Squads.
♻️ What You'll Be Doing
🚛 Supporting daily waste & recycling collections across Thanet
🌦️ Working outdoors in all weather conditions
🤝 Working as part of a fast-paced and friendly team
📋 Following instructions to ensure safe and efficient operations
💪 Carrying out physically active duties throughout the shift
🧹 Helping keep local communities clean and tidy
✅ What We're Looking For
⏰ Reliable, punctual, and flexible individuals
🚗 Able to get to Margate by 5:45 AM when needed
⚠️ Applicants must NOT rely on public transport
🌤️ Previous outdoor work experience preferred
💪 Comfortable with physically demanding work
🗣️ Good communication skills and positive attitude
📅 Willingness to work early starts, weekends, or late finishes
🔞 Applicants must be 18+
