Hands-on wire/cable assembly role using hand tools and clear work instructions

The role (key responsibilities):
Manufacture of complete wiring looms
Small wiring cable forms
Population and wiring of Electrical and Control cabinets
Cutting, stripping and preparing wire/cable to specification
Crimping, terminating and assembling wired components (bench work/hand tools)
Working from work instructions, drawings and build sheets
Completing visual checks and basic measurements to ensure quality standards
Recording production/quality information and reporting any issues or defects
Keeping the work area clean, organised and compliant with site procedures
What we're looking for:
Experience in wiring looms, cable assembly, electrical assembly or similar manufacturing work
Confident using hand tools (e.g., cutters, strippers, crimp tools)
Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
Ability to follow written instructions and work to deadlines/targets
Reliable, proactive and team-focused approach
