We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Workshop Operative to join our manufacturing and production client in Doncaster, DN1 3QU
This role involves working with aluminium ceiling profiles in the workshop, cutting 6-metre lengths down to specified sizes and preparing them for dispatch. It's a straightforward, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a team in a manufacturing and production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cutting aluminium ceiling profiles to required measurements
Packing and preparing orders for delivery
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Following health and safety procedures in a manufacturing and production environment at all times
Requirements:
Experience as a workshop operative or manufacturing environment is desirable
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
7:00am - 4:30pm
City Centre location in Doncaster
