HRGO Recruitment are seeking an Administrator to join our client's busy team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks including creating invoices and diary management.

General Duties
* Confident in communicating with customers via phone and email
* Efficiently manage and maintain customer accounts
* Accurately input and update data
* Proficient in diary and schedule management
* Create, format, and file documents effectively
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
* Handle general administrative tasks on a daily basis

Requirements
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent Customer Service skills with proven experience.
* Experience with Xero would be preferred but not essential
* Computer literature with full Microsoft package skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* ability to multi-task
